We have an exciting opportunity for an Education and Training Production Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team, delivering highquality education and training and contributing to workforce development within the Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit. We are looking for an enthusiastic, selfmotivated individual with high professional standards and a strong commitment to learning. You will help promote a positive learning culture, supporting staff to develop the skills required for safe, effective and innovative practice. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership skills within a collaborative environment that values development, coaching and continuous improvement. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are part of a national programme transforming aseptic services across England, with West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT) identified as a pathfinder site. Our expanding service supports the development of a new, stateoftheart Aseptic Hub. Based at Moor House, we operate under an MHRA Specials licence, supplying highquality pharmaceutical IV medicines to patients.

Main duties of the job

This is a fulltime post (37.5 hours), worked flexibly over a fourday week (MondayFriday), including some late shifts until 7pm, with participation in weekend and bank holiday rotas.

The post will be based at Moor House, Moor Road, Leeds, LS10 2JQ
