We are now looking for a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful team in Newcastle.
About the Role
You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, combining strong product knowledge with a consultative sales approach to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships
- Develop strong product knowledge across jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury shopping experience
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- Represent the brand with professionalism and passion
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance and visual merchandising
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail (jewellery preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with high-end clientele is advantageous
- Confident communication and telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and passion for luxury products
