External Field Sales position + work from home. Engage in high-value project solution selling for a global technology provider. You will sell premium B2B products with a consultative approach, driving new business and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities
You will receive a 3‑month induction period of intensive product and corporate sales training to enable you to sell into business clients who spend £100k+ per order.
In this role you will:
- Open doors and build rapport with new clients.
- Drive new business and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to secure sales and create growth.
- Support colleagues and help them succeed after you become established.
Career progression includes management roles after 2 years, with the opportunity to move to larger key accounts or manage others, based on effort and teamwork, not just sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–8 years of B2B product sales experience, preferably using a consultative solution selling approach.
- Outgoing, positive, natural rapport builder who enjoys meeting new contacts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to secure sales.
- Record of establishing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
- Motivated to succeed and invest effort in a progressive, rewarding sales career.
- Driving licence required.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base salary: £35,000 – £40,000.
- OTE: Realistic £60,000 – £70,000 uncapped in year 1‑2; top performers can earn £70,000 – £100,000+ unchanged.
