Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead on tender submissions and pricing support
- Develop relationships with contractors, developers and key decision-makers
- Representing the business at meetings, site visits and industry events
- Collaborate closely with delivery and leadership teams to support conversion
Ideal Background
- Proven track record in business development or sales within construction, renewables or engineering
- Experience with tendering and negotiated sales processes
- Commercially astute and target-driven
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy
