Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs; complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an auto technician.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Fast learner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team leadership experience.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A.S.E. certifications and a state inspector’s license a plus.
