Trade Mark Administrator (German) - BBIPS

We are looking for an experienced trade mark administrator to join our team to support our Europe practice. The role requires a fluent German speaker or someone with in‑region experience and involves servicing large multi‑national trade mark portfolios, working to tight deadlines with IPOs, overseas law firms/trade mark attorneys and both internal and external clients. This is a full‑time position.

This role works closely with our UK and Germany‑based colleagues and all communications will be conducted in English and/or German. Previous experience with or knowledge of Intellectual Property, particularly Trademarks, is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• Legal experience in Intellectual Property, specifically trade marks.
• Strong technical document management skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to present complex documents simply and concisely.
