Key Responsibilities
- Coaching learners in their workplace, typically within some of the UK's most renowned hospitality establishments
- Guiding learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship standards
- Providing tailored support and progress reviews to ensure learner development
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Developing and adapting training materials to meet the unique needs of learners
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements
- Experience in cooking with fresh food or holding Pro Cook Level 2 qualification
- Experience in working in a front‑of‑house setting
- Experience in preparing, cooking, and finishing a variety of fresh and seasonal dishes
- Ability to work in high‑demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
- Strong communication and self‑motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 3 Teaching qualification
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery
- BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
- Experience in the work‑based learning/education environment
