Reed Recruitment is working with our client base din Banbridge you have are recruiting Fabricators / Welders for a modern off-site manufacturing environment delivering high-quality mechanical pipework for large commercial and industrial projects across Europe.

The Role

You'll be responsible for fabricating and welding carbon steel and/or stainless-steel pipework from drawings, producing accurate, right-first-time assemblies in a workshop setting.

Key duties:

• Fabrication and welding of pipe assemblies (carbon & stainless steel)
• MIG and/or TIG welding across various pipe diameters
• Reading and working from fabrication and assembly drawings
• Measuring, cutting, grinding, and preparing materials
• Working closely with Quality Control to maintain high standards
• Keeping tools and work areas clean, safe, and organised

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Fabricator and/or Welder (pipework experience preferred)
• MIG, TIG, and/or stainless-steel experience (training available)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to upskill
