Finance Administrator (Immediate Start)

The Ideal Person

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
• Strong understanding of invoicing process.
• Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• To support the operations of the business with outlook, word & excel tasks
• To send quotations to client base with the support of the management team
• Update enquiry tracker daily via Microsoft Excel
• Assisting with invoices, payments, and receipts ensuring they are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records in line with company procedures.
