We are pleased to be supporting a leading regional law firm in their search for an experienced solicitor to join their growing commercial and agricultural property department in Shropshire. The Role

1. Managing a varied caseload of commercial and agricultural property matters
2. Advising a diverse client base with regular client contact and autonomy in managing files
3. Working closely with colleagues across the firm's wider property team, currently comprising over 30 legal professionals
4. Playing an active role in maintaining and developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

1. A solid background in commercial and/or agricultural property law
2. Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to high standards of service delivery
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional attitude
