They are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to steer and drive commercial strategy within their Nuclear division, delivering growth, opportunity and innovation and ensuring reputational excellence.
What you can offer
- Proven ability to devise and optimise sales strategies within highly regulated, safety‑critical sectors such as nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace or renewables.
- Track record of building and sustaining high‑value customer relationships, securing long‑term partnerships with OEM and Tier 1 industrial clients.
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of bespoke fasteners or precision‑engineered components with safety‑critical applications.
- Experience leading and developing established and multi‑layered sales teams, optimising performance, capability and accountability.
- An ability to mentor and upskill sales executives, facilitating a culture of high‑performance and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable navigating demanding, fast‑paced commercial environments with shifting priorities and complex customer requirements.
- Strong operational awareness, including production planning, lead‑time management and the realities of precision manufacturing.
- Confident operating at senior leadership level, contributing to wider business strategy and cross‑functional decision‑making.
