As Head of Brand Marketing, you will own how MARCHON shows up in the world—building a brand that is unmistakable, aspirational, and grounded in performance credibility. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling our brand across training, supplements, apparel, and physical spaces.
From breakthrough campaigns to elite partnerships and athlete storytelling, you will set the standard for how MARCHON earns attention and trust. You will lead a growing team and work closely with the CMO and senior leadership to ensure the brand becomes a true driver of commercial growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role at a defining moment for MARCHON.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaigns
- Partner with CMO and Creative Director to lead MARCHON’s brand strategy across all verticals.
- Own the brand calendar, ensuring consistent, high-impact storytelling throughout the year. Define when and where MARCHON shows up to inspire our Everyday Athlete target consumer.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that cut through—across social, digital, events, gyms, and product launches.
- Set and maintain the visual and verbal identity of MARCHON at a premium, performance-led standard.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships across fitness, sport, lifestyle, and culture.
- Build collaborations that elevate brand equity and unlock new audiences (e.g., co‑branded drops, events, experiences).
- Lead negotiations and ongoing relationship management with key partners.
- Build a best‑in‑class athlete and ambassador programme that reflects MARCHON’s standards.
- Identify and recruit elite and emerging talent across sport, fitness, and culture.
- Develop long‑term relationships that go beyond transactions—driving authentic advocacy and storytelling.
- Oversee content and campaigns featuring athletes to maximise reach and credibility.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing brand marketing team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations aligned to business objectives.
- Create a culture of ownership, pace, and high standards.
- Partner closely with Content and Social teams, Community and Growth Marketing teams to own end to end marketing.
- Build strong relationships with vertical leads and senior management to influence and support decision making in absence of the CMO.
Brand Performance & Insight
- Define and track key brand metrics (awareness, engagement, NPS, brand affinity).
- Use data, cultural insight, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategy.
- Ensure brand activity is commercially accountable and contributes to revenue growth.
Experience
- 8–10+ years in brand marketing, with significant time in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building a premium, culturally relevant consumer brand.
- Background in fitness, sport, apparel, supplements, or lifestyle sectors strongly preferred.
- Track record of delivering high-impact campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programmes.
