As part of our new shop opening in Milan, we are looking for our future Store Manager, to oversee the day-to-day operations, define, develop, and implement its commercial, human, and financial strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

Business Development

Analyze store performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.

Collaborate with the Area Manager to maximize store results.

Team Management

Set individual objectives, provide feedback, and develop team capabilities.

Attract, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and celebrating successes.

Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align the team on goals and strategies.

Support onboarding and ensure staff are professional, knowledgeable, and brand-ready.

Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.

Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.

Develop customer portofolio and customer database (CRM).

Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within premium fashion retail, with a strong understanding of the industry and current trends.

You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

You demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, acting as a role model for others.

You possess excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
