Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Deputy Store Manager to join our team on-site at our Upton, Wirral location. The Deputy Store Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, customer service, and operational goals. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences, supervising staff, managing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives. The role requires dynamic leadership and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Experience in Store Management and retail operations with a track record of meeting targets
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and procedures
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business
• Experience in retail or a similar setting is preferred
