What will I be doing day‑to‑day?

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading structured requirements discovery and functional design across the DRAMS platform, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, development‑ready, and aligned with product objectives. Beyond feature delivery, the role provides deep functional expertise to the wider DRAMS team, supporting product queries, validating proposed improvements, and ensuring consistent product understanding across stakeholders. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of analysis practices, helping ensure requirements are delivered consistently and effectively across the DRAMS product team. This is a high‑impact role suited to someone with strong analytical discipline, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Development, and Test to deliver measurable product outcomes.
