An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded legal team in Worcester, supporting the newly appointed Head of Family Law.
Our client—an exceptional and well-respected firm—is seeking an experienced and proactive Secretary / PA to provide high-level support at senior level within a busy and dynamic Family Law department.
This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the Head of Family Law, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of complex and sensitive legal matters.
The Role
- Supporting the Head of Family Law and senior legal team
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and priorities
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Handling highly sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting with case management and administrative processes
- Anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
About You
- Proven experience within Family Law is essential
- Experienced supporting Senior Solicitor / Partner level
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing a busy and varied workload
- Professional, discreet and empathetic in your approach
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and initiative
