Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to enhance communication between our site teams and tenants in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social housing and exceptional skills in communication and resilience. Responsibilities include managing resident relationships, coordinating access, and resolving complaints. A valid UK driving licence is required.
