Responsibilities
- Leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning
- Producing and reviewing design and technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and quality standards
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Contributing to design reviews, bids, and strategic input
Ideal Candidate
- ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record of leading projects through all RIBA stages
- Strong design and technical delivery skills
- Proficiency in BIM, ideally Revit
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
- Commercial awareness and project management capability
- Passion for high-quality, sustainable design
