Senior Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the centre of one of the most important bets in the business.
AI Operator is the agent layer across the Threecolts ecosystem, enabling sellers to run their business through natural language using live operational and financial data. It has the potential to fundamentally change how our customers interact with our products — and your role is to drive that adoption at scale.
You will take full ownership of growth for AI Operator, with the freedom to test, build, and scale what works. This is not a role where you inherit a fixed playbook. You will define it. From lifecycle, content, and partnerships, you will decide where to focus, move quickly, and double down on what delivers results.
You will operate across the full funnel, from first touch through to paid conversion, with a clear mandate to turn AI Operator into a meaningful revenue driver. The expectation is pace, ownership, and impact — building repeatable growth systems that scale, rather than running isolated campaigns.
You are expected to operate in an AI-first way, using tools like Claude to significantly increase speed, output, and experimentation across campaigns, content, and lifecycle. This is a core part of how the role delivers impact.
This is a role for someone who wants to move fast, take ownership, and have a visible impact on the trajectory of a new product.
What you’ll do
- You will take full ownership of growth for AI Operator across key channels and stages of the funnel.
- You will also build and run the email lifecycle. This includes onboarding flows that drive first value, activation sequences that encourage regular usage, and retention and upsell journeys that convert users from free to paid tiers. The goal is to ensure users do not just sign up, but actively use and depend on the product.
- A core part of the role is building PLG growth loops. You will analyse how users discover, adopt, and extract value from AI Operator, then design and iterate on mechanisms that improve conversion at each stage. This includes working closely with product and data teams to understand usage patterns and remove friction in the user journey.
- You will work closely with our influencer marketing and agency teams to activate AI Operator across both channels. This includes ensuring they have a strong understanding of the product, its value, and key use cases, as well as equipping them with the right messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral to represent it effectively.
- You will partner with our Customer Interactions team to produce high-volume, high-performing content, including short-form and viral formats with the focus being on output and performance. You should be comfortable testing multiple angles quickly and iterating based on what resonates.
- Across all channels, you are expected to identify repeatable growth plays. The objective is to build scalable systems that can be run and optimised continuously, rather than relying on ad hoc campaigns.
- Use AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate execution across email and content — increasing output, improving iteration speed, and enabling rapid testing at scale.
- You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure growth activity is aligned with how the product is evolving, and grounded in real user behaviour and performance data.

What we’re looking for
- We are looking for a senior growth marketer who can operate as a high-output generalist across multiple channels, with a strong track record of scaling products in PLG or performance-driven environments.
- You should have deep, hands‑on experience owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end, with a clear understanding of how to drive efficient growth through social, email, and content. You are comfortable managing the full funnel and understand how acquisition, activation, and retention link together commercially.
- You are highly effective in using AI tools, including Claude, to increase speed, output, and quality of execution across campaigns, content, and experimentation.
- You bring a strong commercial mindset, with a clear grasp of CAC, LTV, and conversion dynamics, and you use data to make decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.
- You are highly execution‑focused. You do not wait for perfect information or extensive planning. You test quickly, learn from results, and iterate at pace. You are comfortable running multiple experiments in parallel and prioritising based on impact.
- You are experienced working with influencers, agencies, or partner channels, and understand how to turn these into scalable acquisition drivers rather than one‑off wins.
- You are highly effective in using AI tools, including Claude, to increase speed, output, and quality of execution across campaigns, content, and experimentation.
- Finally, you are a hands‑on builder. You create, execute, and optimise yourself. You are comfortable operating with pace and pressure, and you are motivated by owning outcomes rather than contributing to a small part of the process.
