In your full‑time role as a Social Media Manager, you will work closely alongside our Brand Manager to operate the social media presence of our current and future Formula 1 drivers.

This is a role with real ambition behind it. You’ll be responsible for collating and organising content, developing posts, sourcing audio, monitoring trends and reporting on what’s happening across the social landscape; from competitor drivers to leading athletes.

You’ll also be responsible for creating a strategy for wearegrip’s social accounts and implementing it alongside our wider social team. As you grow into the role and demonstrate your strong understanding of social media, our drivers and their audiences, the goal is for you to take full end‑to‑end ownership of multiple racing driver and/or athlete accounts.

We’re a small team, so it’s essential that you’re self‑motivated and have the passion and determination to continually grow and evolve your skill set. You will often have the opportunity to work on wider campaigns that exist beyond social, and you’ll work collaboratively across a range of projects within wearegrip.
