Aftersales Manager
We're seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead service and warranty operations. You'll manage a team of advisors and technicians, drive workshop performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the aftersales team and oversee daily operations
- Handle escalated customer issues and warranty claims
- Improve workshop efficiency, productivity and turnaround times
- Monitor KPIs (labour hours, WIP, CSI, rework)
- Ensure high standards in diagnostics, repairs and quality control
- Support systems implementation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and logistics for smooth vehicle handovers
About You
- Proven aftersales management experience (motor trade)
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Effective leader with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
