Production Manager

Sunamp is growing and we’re strengthening the core of how we deliver.

We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation at Newhailes, owning output, quality and performance as we scale.

This is not a steady-state role.

This is about leading under pressure, building capability, and delivering consistently as demand increases.

You’ll be the person who:

• Delivers production safely, on time and in full
• Owns performance, output and cost control
• Builds and develops production teams and capability
• Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensures quality and compliance standards are met
• Works closely with supply chain and engineering to protect delivery

You’ll lead through Team Leaders, with responsibility for performance on the ground — while shaping how production evolves as the business grows.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience leading production in a manufacturing environment
• Can manage performance, cost and people under pressure
• Is confident driving improvement, not just maintaining output
• Takes ownership and delivers results consistently
