We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join a specialist water treatment team working across the UK.
This is a hands‑on field‑based role where you'll service, maintain, and support industrial water treatment systems at customer sites. You'll work independently, solve technical problems, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Full training is provided — so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term engineering career.

What you'll be doing
- Service and maintain water treatment equipment (filtration, RO, softeners, effluent systems)
- Diagnose and fix faults on-site and remotely
- Support installation and commissioning work (training provided)
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Work closely with customers and site teams
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally
What we're looking for
- Practical, hands‑on individual with a problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required
- IT literate (Word, Excel, email)
- Full UK driving licence
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Desirable (not essential)
- Electrical or mechanical background
- Field service or engineering experience
- Exposure to water treatment or industrial systems
