The Role

We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants with a Financial Services consulting background to join our growing UK team.

This role is suited to candidates who have 2-6 years’ experience in a management consultancy or a bank’s internal change/transformation function, and who have worked on client‑facing projects within retail, commercial or investment banking.

This role requires prior banking/financial services project experience. It is not a generalist consulting or project management position.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work as part of blended Be and client teams on banking change and transformation initiatives, including:

• Supporting delivery of financial services change programmes across business, operations, technology and regulatory initiatives
• Conducting business analysis, structured problem solving and impact assessments within banking environments
• Producing high‑quality client‑facing deliverables including analysis, requirements documentation and presentations
• Facilitating and supporting stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and drive clarity
