What you will be doing

• Sourcing suitable candidates and fully briefing them on the opportunity and package available
• Continual development of knowledge within the sector you are operating in
• Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date and company processes are followed
• Meeting individual targets set
• Developing and maintaining key candidate relationships

What we need from you

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication, both verbal and written
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• Hunger to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve/exceed goals
• The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
