Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales activity, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Accurately update and manage customer information using internal systems/CRM
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive overall business performance
- Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Target‑driven with a competitive and motivated mindset
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision‑making
- Resilient, proactive, and positive attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
