Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our international trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients and suppliers
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
• Lead negotiations and close business deals
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or international trade
• Strong understanding of import/export processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage business operations
