The Role

Depop is seeking a Workplace Manager to lead and scale all aspects of workplace operations and experience across our London HQ and Brooklyn office. This role involves end-to-end ownership of office operations, large-scale workplace programs and team leadership.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing and well-run workplace ensuring operational excellence across facilities, vendors, front-of-house, sustainability and service delivery - while also shaping in-office experiences that support how our teams connect and collaborate.

This role requires an experienced operator, program and team leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. You'll bring structure, prioritisation and continuous improvement to a broad and visible function that plays a critical role in Depop's culture, working closely with senior stakeholders in London and the US.
