Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP33,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Office-based Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and friendly business who are looking to add a Customs & Logistics Coordinator to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with full customs entries experience, however my client is equally open to candidates with a logistics or freight background, or those at an entry level who are keen to develop a long-term career within customs. Training and support will be provided, with the salary reflecting your level of experience.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive, office-based team, you'll be involved in the coordination of customs and logistics activity, ensuring goods move efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and processing import and export customs documentation
• Completing customs entries and resolving clearance queries
• Liaising with HMRC, freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams
• Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures
• Supporting wider logistics operations as needed

The exact responsibilities will be tailored based on your experience level.

About You

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience completing customs entries or
• Comes from a logistics, freight or supply chain background or
• Is at an entry level and looking to build a career in customs

You’ll also have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communication and organisational skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• The ability to thrive in a busy, office-based environment

Salary & Benefits

• GBP26,000 for entry-level candidates or those new to customs
• Up to GBP33,000 for candidates with full customs entries experience
• Full training and ongoing support
• Friendly, collaborative working environment
• Monday to Friday working - no weekends
