Are you the highly experience financial planning administrator we are looking for.

We are hiring and we want the best for this role!

This is an office-based role working at our lovely, modern office with air-conditioned, free on site parking and shops nearby. If you are unable to get into us 5 days a week, please speak to us and we'll see if we can be flexible.

The role

This is a key position within the business, supporting the Financial Planner and helping keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.

You'll be involved in:

• Managing new business submissions through to completion
• Preparing client meeting packs and follow-up documentation
• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
• Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
• Managing diaries, appointments and workflow
• Supporting the wider administration of the business

You'll play a central role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional service at all times.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can come in and make an impact straight away.

• Experience within IFA / Wealth Management administration is essential
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients and providers
• Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively
• Professional, reliable and proactive
