The Role
- Directly support the VP of Operations and senior team members
- Broad mandate: execute ad‑hoc generalist tasks across the startup, new entities, and all operational needs to rapidly scale the London office and EU expansion
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Organisation and administration, with a current focus on EU expansion operations
- Ad‑hoc generalist execution across the startup and new entities
- Take ownership of tasks and close your own loops; elevate only when truly blocked
- Handle whatever is required for the office and expansion efforts

Additional Details
- London‑based position; on‑site or hybrid work arrangements available
- Heavy focus on EU/UK expansion
- Compensation: £55,000 to £90,000 base salary plus equity (wide range to reward ownership and follow‑through, not just experience)
