Account Director (12‑month fixed‑term contract)

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Build and lead strong client relationships, acting as the central point of contact.
- Be the driving force behind the work, shaping direction and ensuring all output is strategically grounded and creatively ambitious.
- Partner closely with production to implement effective strategies that deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget.
- Lead, manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth while ensuring high standards across the account.
- Own the pace and rhythm of a busy account, balancing proactive and reactive demands and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Drive commercial excellence, managing forecasting, burn management, and resources transparently.
Qualifications
- Strong experience leading multiple campaigns, full ownership across all stages.
- Proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns, navigating complexity, and prioritising.
- Strategically rigorous, able to articulate brand strategy and defend creative work.
- Sharp creative eye with an understanding of protection and selling of ideas.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships across multi‑layered organisations.
- Highly organised and commercially aware, managing multiple workstreams while controlling budgets.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and storytelling ability.
- Passionate about developing talent, with experience mentoring or line‑managing.
- Experience in restricted categories is welcomed.
