Domus have an exciting opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support Manager to lead the PBS strategy across East and North Yorkshire Adult Learning Disability services. Services are located across Hull, Bridlington, Scarborough, and Whitby with a York office.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner/Manager but would certainly work with operational managers with relevant PBS qualifications.

Key responsibilities of a Positive Behaviour Support Manager
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of the PBS strategy
- Champion best practice and embed a positive, person-centred culture
- Contribute to organisational growth and continuous improvement
Key requirements a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner must have
- Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support within health and social care
- Experience supporting autistic adults, people with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Sound understanding of trauma informed care and supporting people with enhanced support needs and behaviours of concern
- PBS qualification (essential); Level 5, MSc, ABA, or UK-SBA aligned qualification (desirable)
- Confident coach and mentor with a collaborative leadership style
- Knowledge of BILD ACT, RRN standards, and least restrictive practice
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive improvements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
