Overview

We're supporting a global consulting‑led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies. The programme centres on building a Co‑Pilot‑enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment. As a Co‑Pilot Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building Co‑Pilot‑enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large‑scale HR transformation.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and configure solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service for HR case‑management use cases
• Implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities to automate HR queries and workflows
• Design scalable, user‑focused solutions aligned to enterprise standards
• Work closely with stakeholders across UK and US teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong hands‑on experience across Power Platform and D365
• Proven experience delivering case‑management solutions (Customer Service)
• Exposure to or experience with Copilot / AI‑driven workflow automation
• Ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Clear communicator with strong delivery focus
