Position: Line Chef
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in your designated station, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
What will you do?
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist with food prep and portioning during service.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house as needed.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head or Sous Chef.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
- Support other chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a busy kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
