What will your day look like?

As a Resort Safety Team Duty Manager, you'll play a vital frontline leadership role in keeping Cleethorpes safe, welcoming and well managed for residents, visitors and businesses.

It's a hands on role where calm leadership, sound judgement and visible presence really matter.

Rota based, including weekends and evenings and is annualised hours, 31.5 hours in the winter (1st October to 31st March) and 41 hours in the summer (1st April to 30th September).

It is a contractual and essential requirement that the successful candidate is registered with the DBS Update Service.
