We are currently working on a fantastic Senior Sales Executive role in a fast growing tech company that is disrupting the market and looking to expand their team.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our technology solutions across various platforms, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
You will also be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding UK office in Richmond. This role is suited to an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by owning the full sales process and consistently delivering results.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers, and managing deals from initial outreach through to close. This is a hands‑on, revenue‑generating role where performance is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing new business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with senior‑level stakeholders, understanding their commercial challenges and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research into prospects and target accounts using sales and intelligence tools.
- Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution‑based sales conversations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, activity, and pipeline targets.
- Accurately manage opportunities, forecasts, and sales activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and technical experts to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Act as a senior presence within the sales team, leading by example and contributing to a high‑performance culture.
What They’re Looking For
- At least 6 months’ experience in a B2B sales role, ideally with exposure to closing deals.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Resilience and confidence when handling objections and complex sales conversations.
- Naturally curious, coachable, and commercially aware.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven individuals.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.
