What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying new business opportunities
- Owning the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
- Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business
- Negotiating and closing deals with decision-makers
- Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Tracking activity and performance accurately in the CRM
- Keeping ahead of competitors and market trends
What It Takes to Win
- Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by results
- High activity levels, you’re comfortable picking up the phone
- Commercially sharp with a hunger to earn
- Proven experience in both B2B & B2C sales
- Proven success in a business development or new‑business sales role
- Preferably experience in either a training or construction setting
