Renewable Energy Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to step into a Renewable Energy desk with warm clients and genuine momentum.

Set within a high‑growth, future‑focused sector, this role is open to both experienced 360 recruiters and commercially driven sales or business development professionals looking to build a long‑term career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing a desk within your market
• Winning new clients through business development and relationship building
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
• Sourcing, qualifying, and placing contract professionals
• Building long‑term relationships with contractors and hiring managers
• Contributing to the growth of the business, with future scope to build and manage a team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Proven business development experience with strong communication skills
• Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
