Property Manager

VANRATH is pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing property business to recruit a Property Manager for their Belfast office. This is an excellent chance to become part of an ambitious organisation during an exciting period of expansion following a recent business acquisition.

Salary & Perks:

• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary plus bonus potential
• Bonus scheme linked to performance
• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Flexible working options available upon successful completion of probation

About You:

• Minimum 1 year's experience within property management, lettings, or estate agency/property sales
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants
• Coordinate the full tenancy lifecycle from check-in through to move-out
• Respond to maintenance issues efficiently, working closely with contractors and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication
• Keep property records up to date while ensuring legal and internal compliance standards are met
• Work towards and achieve performance targets and business objectives
