Regional Development Manager – Driving Licence Required

Location: London (Field‑based)

Base Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + Commission

Full UK Driving Licence Required

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Regional Development Manager to deliver sales growth across a London‑based territory within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

This is a field‑based position focused on developing strong, long‑term relationships with GP surgeries, pharmacies, secondary care departments and opticians.

You’ll take full responsibility for your territory, using a structured, compliant sales approach to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a defined territory across primary and secondary care
• Meet healthcare professionals and decision‑makers face‑to‑face
• Drive sales through targeted account planning and consistent messaging
• Secure agreements for Medicines Unit Reviews via approved providers
• Plan and manage your diary to ensure strong coverage and productivity
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and KPI tracking
• Operate fully in line with company SOPs and compliance requirements

About You

• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, organised and commercially focused
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
• IT‑competent
• Full UK driving licence

Healthcare or field sales experience is advantageous but not essential — attitude, drive and potential are most important.
