The opportunity


As Field Sales Manager, you’ll lead, develop and execute the field sales strategy across the Off-Trade channel. You’ll be responsible for driving performance on the ground, ensuring best-in-class execution and building a highly engaged, high-performing team. Sitting within the Commercial function, you’ll work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing and wider teams to deliver innovative and effective in-store activity.


This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing strategy with hands-on leadership, equally comfortable analysing performance metrics as they are coaching in the field.
