An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join their European headquarters. This is a key position supporting the smooth running of a busy rental and sales office.
Role & Responsibilities
You will provide essential administrative and sales support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to internal and external enquiries
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate sales data
- Updating CRM systems and internal records
- Coordinating with accounts, warehouse, and returns teams
- Supporting the preparation of sales documentation and client interactions
- Attending meetings alongside senior leadership
- Assisting with internal projects, training, and process improvements
- Maintaining organised and accurate documentation across the sales function
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible in approach
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Motivated to learn, develop, and support wider team success
Experience within the film, television industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
