Senior Employment Counsel (6+ PQE) - Part or Full-Time

An opportunity to join the in‑house legal team of a well-established and international financial services company. The business is recognised internally for its strong people culture, progressive approach to flexible working, and long‑term investment in its employees.

This role sits within a collegiate legal function and reports into a senior employment law lead. You’ll partner closely with the People team and senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe, providing practical, trusted advice on a wide range of employment matters. This includes:

• Employee relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, complex ER)
• Recruitment, contractual documentation, policies, and reward structures
• Organisational change, redundancies, and business transfers
• Senior exits and regulated employment considerations
• UK‑led work with a European dimension
