Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Commercial Litigation Associate (1–5 PQE) | Birmingham | Hybrid Working- £72,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

A leading Top 50 international law firm in central Birmingham is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate (1–5 PQE) to join its award-winning disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigation solicitor to work on high-quality, complex matters within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

• Corporate and shareholder disputes

• Group litigation and class actions

• Supply chain disputes

• Technology and outsourcing disputes

• Civil fraud matters

You will also work closely with sector specialists across Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Outsourcing, and Energy & Utilities.

This role offers a strong generalist foundation, with clear scope to specialise over time, making it ideal for ambitious lawyers between 1–5 PQE looking to develop their expertise and progress their careers.
