The Role: Structured Finance Senior Associate

The Location: City of London (hybrid)
One of Europes' fastest growing Fintech is going through a scaleup as they enter their Series B fundraising activities. The CFO needs a Structured Finance professional to work with the finance team on structured transactions, lender relationships and capital markets reporting
The Responsibilities:
- Support with existing structured financing vehicles as well as new funding initiatives
- Own the relationship with credit insurance providers and managing agents
- Lead preparation and negotiation of term sheets, long-form financing documentation etc
- Co-ordinate with agents on drawdowns, waterfall distributions & repayments
- Ensure full compliance with eligibility criteria, covenants and undertakings, triggers, and early amortisation events across all facilities
The Requirements:
- 2-5 Years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisation
- Understanding of SPVs and/or warehouse style lending facilities
- Comfortable with loan criteria, covenants, transaction documents
