Our team combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach, ensuring businesses can strengthen their employee offering, enhance engagement, and stand out in a competitive market. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, providing clear guidance to employees, and supporting clients throughout the year.

This is a varied and client-focused role within the Employee Benefits team, combining administrative support with the opportunity to manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts, supporting colleagues across the team while also taking ownership of your own clients.


The role offers exposure to a broad range of employee benefits products, including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Cover and Group Risk. You will be involved in the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and policy administration through to renewals and ongoing servicing, ensuring clients receive a high standard of support and advice at all times.
