Senior Project Manager – Cladding Remediation

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 DOE + Bonus

A well-established construction and property consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with cladding remediation experience to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering remediation schemes across residential and mixed-use assets.

Project Manager Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of cladding remediation projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with current regulations.

Projects will primarily involve façade remediation, fire safety upgrades, and building envelope works across residential portfolios.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cladding remediation projects from inception through to completion
• Manage project teams including consultants, contractors, and fire engineers
• Oversee programme, budget, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with current fire safety and building regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Chair project meetings and coordinate communication across teams
• Provide clear reporting and updates to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cladding remediation or façade projects
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Background within a construction consultancy or client-side environment
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• MRICS, MCIOB or similar professional qualification is desirable.
