The Role

You will take full responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Providing clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating conveyancing documentation
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
• Supporting business development, referrals and networking activity
• Playing an influential role in the strategic development of the firm

This position suits a motivated conveyancer who values autonomy, quality work and the opportunity to shape how a business evolves.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (Level 6) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical ability and excellent case‑management skills
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware with a client‑first mindset
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and committed to long‑term growth
