Load Out Co-Ordinator

Working closely with the Offshore Construction Manager, the Load Out Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all load-out activities at the quay, ensuring components are ready, compliant, and safely delivered offshore.

Coordinate and confirm components ready for load-out in collaboration with project teams

Supervise receipt, storage, and handling of materials at the quay

Ensure all load-out certification and readiness checks are completed

Oversee quayside preparation and support vessel arrival, loading, and departure activities

Monitor contractor performance, ensuring safe execution and compliance with HSE standards

Manage tooling, materials, and equipment availability, including certification where required

Maintain accurate records, checklists, and load-out documentation

Liaise with key stakeholders including Construction Leads, Vessel Crew, and Contractors

Support planning and forecasting of future load-out operations

Report and escalate any EHS, quality, or operational issues
